Quite a good explanation Marxist theory of the failure of capitalism by Rick Wolff an American Marxist Economist. Not sure I totally agree with this finial analysis of the software world but other then that I agree with him on most of his points.

There is this guy on youtube who calls his channel ‘The Conservative Christian Onward’ I follow now and again. The videos are pretty ridiculous as the following shows. How he comes to his conclusions are most bizarre, but I probably don’t need to explain, other then to say damn those Marxists and their condoms!

There used to be an awesome podcast called ‘This is a Knife’. It ran for quite a while, you might be able to still download the podcast, and pretty sure they must still be on you tube. But unfortunately Channel 4 seemed to pull the plug on the project. But Donal (the presenter) still appears to make the odd video, like recently:
As some of you may know I have a lot of time on my hands at the moment with lack of employment and have found myself thinking a lot about mortality, time and what not again. It’s not pleasant thoughts, I suspect everyone has some fears or another around the issue but I don’t imagine it’s to healthy the amount I think about it.
Give the following video a watch by Aubrey de Grey and read his wiki entry. I won’t taint this post with my own thoughts, I’ll let you decide what to make of it yourselves.

You always hear how unpopular Peter Mandelson is (even within his own party), he was forced resign three times and messes everything up. How on earth does guy get to the positions he does. I guess while he is hated by most he must have the friends that count! Anyway this amused me…
